Liquid / Gas Impermeable Biogas Storage Tanks For Biogas Digester

Our biogas storage tank is composed of glass lind to steel plate , special sealant , self-locking bolts and double membrane roof offering volume from 20m³ to 18000m³. Our glass lined to steel is mainly applied to large scale farmland biogas digester , industrial effluent treatment, municipal sewage and wastewater treatment.

1. Easy and quick to be built

The construction of our glass lined to steel tank is : enamel coating steel sheet , special sealant , self-locking bolt , which is exempt from the difficult airtight craft.So the technical difficulty is greatly decreased , and the construction period is greatly shortened. To build a glass fused to steel tank , the constructers are only required to master how to assemble and disassemble the steel mould.

2. Easy to maintain

The glass fused to steel tanks are with excellent performance of anti leaking , anti abrasion , anti corrosion. And the color won't fade even after 30 years. It can be used in the harsh environment.

The glass lined steel bolted tanks can last over 30 years.

The glass fused to steel tank is antistatic. And as contains titanium , our steel is twice harder then traditional steel plate
