We employed advanced technology to make durable enameled tanks , which are manufactured through a enamelling process of the steel .  In the enameling furnace the powder coated steel sheets are heated up to approx . 860 degrees Celsius . At this temperature the enamel powder melts , thus forming a corrosion resistant fusion with the surface of the metal . The pH is with range of 1-14 . With the corrosion resistance of the glass application the waste / gas is not in contact with the steel . The porcelain enamel coating added to the steel tank interior is the plumbing industry’s time-tested and trusted system for tank protection .
