What is glass fused to steel ? 

Glass-Fused-to-Steel is a unique tank finish. Two materials are fused together to achieve the best properties of both – the strength and flexibility of steel combined with the corrosion resistance of glass. The enamel is applied to both interior and exterior surfaces, makes the steel have beautiful appearance, delicate texture, and strong abrasion / corrosion resistance.

What is the advantages of the Glass fused to steel Industrial Water Tanks ? 

• 1. Strong abrasion / corrosion resistance (PH1- 14 resistance): The strong bonding enamel coating not only can prevent the corrosion of tank, but also resistance to strong acid and strong alkali.
• 2. Beauty appearance: To improve the steel quality performance after enameling, we developed special steel ART310 with Angang Steel Group in 2005. The Ti-rich steel not only increase the  adhesive power between steel and enamel coating, but also significantly solve fish scaling problem. More over, the color the tanks could be customized upon your request.
• 3. Easy Installed: To assemble the industrial tanks, we use the self-locking bolt and special sealant to connect the steel sheets. This kind of assembly structure achieved rapid low installation requirements without big installation equipment needed when compare to traditional concrete tanks or other kind of tanks.
