The production of glass fused to steel sheet

 

Enamel – coating is a traditional anti – corrosion technology . Used the technology , the steel is beautiful and glazed outside , but strong and anti – corrosion inside . Coating on the special titanium steel plate , the enameled bolted tank has been successfully applied in varieties of industries , agricultural sewage , urban sewage and other wastewater treatment systems and biogas projects .

*  Raw materials testing in the factory:ingredient analysis, impurities test ;

* Recipe finalized small samples test : enamel fluidity test, chromatic     difference analysis, enamel burning experiment , acid and alkali resistance testing, glossy, adhesion etc

*  Middle stage products test :amplification experiment simulated  environment

* Destructive testing, detection , impact test,  sparks test, sliced electric microscope analysis .
